I deeply believe that what creates and maintain a balanced lifestyle and mental health is not to have the perfect routine but to have available some ressources, everyday, that allows you to deeply recharge and feel good.
It might seem simple, but often, we think more about what we are supposed to do or what is supposed to make us feel good than what actually does, even in our self-care. This race towards productivity and accomplishment doesn’t have any other result than creating unbalances and all sorts of mental health issues. Because we can’t spend more energy than we take.

To achieve this, I offer a comprehensive approach to mental health and self-care, starting with self-awareness. By helping individuals understand themselves, their unique strengths and challenges, and what makes them feel good, we lay the foundation for lasting change.

The integrative therapy sessions aim to provide individuals with the resources and support they need to challenge their present conditioning and move towards a healthier future. My mission is to help every individual find the daily resources they need to process emotions, recharge, and find pleasure in their self-care journey. I believe that everyone has the potential to create their own paradise and live a balanced, fulfilling life.

Few words about me

I am a Clinical Psychologist with an Integrative approach, graduated with a Master of Clinical Psychology and Integrative Psychopathology from the University La Sorbonne in Paris and a Master of Business Psychology and Coaching from the University Heriot-Watt in Dubai.

My approach to psychology is based on the belief that as each human being is unique, he, therefore, deserves a completely personalized service. Following the same idea, I deeply believe that what matters isn’t the technics used but how a safe relationship filled with empathy, non-judgment, and attentive listening can unlock the innate ability of oneself to heal.

To be able to act on this vision, I decided to choose an integrative approach of psychology. It offers me the possibility to be immersed in different therapeutic approaches and methods (cognitive and behavioral, analytical, positive psychology, mindfulness, coaching) and thus be able to respond as much as possible to the needs of the patient (if of course, we judge together that our relationship is a match!).

Avec Dina tout est différent. Je me sens écoutée et surtout considérée. Aussi, elle s'adapte à mes besoins du moment, lorsque la situation le nécessite. Elle n'est ni magicienne ni une super-heroïne mais elle a réussi plusieurs fois à rendre surmontable des situations qui me paraissaient insurmontables.



Mme Kassab est très sympathique et compétente. Elle a un background multi-culturel, et parle plusieurs langues, ce qui m'a facilité l'échange (quand je suis émotionnelle je n'arrive pas à m'exprimer en une seule langue). Elle ne m'a jamais donné l'impression d'être jugée (j'ai eu une mauvaise expérience avant elle). Elle m'a aidé à comprendre mes émotions, chose qui me bloquait. Un long trajet à faire et je suis contente de l'avoir trouvé. :)
